Dramacydal
When Tupac's
cousin Katari Cox (Kastro) was young, he became friends with his mother's
friend son Malcolm Greenbridge (EDI). They both grew up in New York
together, but later in his childhood Kastro and his family moved to New Jersey.
It was in New Jersey were he became friends with Yafeu Fula (Kadafi), who
was Tupac's God brother and Half brother. EDI then moved to Chicago with his
family and visited Kadafi and Kastro in New Jersey. When EDI was 17 and Kadafi
and Kastro were both about 15 they formed a Rap trio called Thoro Headz
or sometimes were known as Young Thugz. At this time they all had
different aliases, EDI was known as Big Mal, Kadafi was known as Young
Hollywood and Kastro was known as K-Dogg. As they were very young
they didn't make much of an impact on the Rap game but by know Tupac had found
his fame and fortune and was beginning to teach them very thoroughly.

The Thoro Headz
first appeared on a track called Flex which was released on Tupac's 1993
single Holler If Ya Hear Me. They also appeared with Tupac on a song
called Runnin' which also featured an unknown Biggie Smalls and
Tupac's friend Stretch. Each of the member had a verse on the song and
sounded very young.
By now with Thoro
Headz learning more Kadafi met up with his old friend Mutah Beale (Napoleon)
who had also began rhyming himself. Kadafi's mother then told Tupac how when he
was young Napoleon saw both of his parents murdered in front of him and how he
also saw his brother commit suicide, this story brought tears to Tupac's eyes
and he suggested that Kadafi recruit Napoleon to the trio. Kadafi proceeded to
do so and Thoro Headz changed their name to Dramacydal. EDI and Kastro
still kept their aliases to Big Mal and K-Dogg, Kadafi changed his
alias to Yak and Napoleon changed his name to Mutah. Dramacydal
were still being schooled by Tupac and appeared on the number 1 and
muti-platinum selling album Me Against The World. They appeared on the
tracks Me Against The World and Outlaw. They also had a song on a
single off the album. The single was called So Many Tears and the song
was called Hard to Imagine.
In 1995, Tupac
went to prison and the members of Dramacydal would visit him and especially
Kadafi would visit him everyday. Tupac had made the decision that when he got
out of prison he would form a new Rap group called Tha Outlaw Immortalz
who he later renamed to Tha Outlawz. Tupac then recruited all of the
members of Dramacydal.
