Young Noble aka Marbles was recruited to Tha Outlawz in 1996. He received the nickname marbles from Tupac who said he had a knack of ruining a good rhyme when eh spat his verse. Rufus Cooper III was born in Rancho Cocomungo, California on March 21, 1978 and had a brother and some sisters. His father was never there for him and his mother was on drugs most of his life so she wasn't really their either. When he moved on to New Jersey was when he first met Kadafi and joined a group called "The Plague" which was managed by a then unknown Fugees. Cooper was given the alias Young Noble and he and Kadafi left The Plague due to them not getting anywhere.

In 1995 when the Outlawz Immortalz where formed and later changed to Tha Outlawz Kadafi recruited Noble to the clique. Noble appeared on 2Pac's "Makaveli" album on the song's Bomb First (My Second Reply), Hail Mary, Life of An Outlaw and Just Like Daddy. This album was released on November 5th, 1996. On September 13th 1996 Tupac was shot 4 times in a drive by and died 7 days later. On November 10, after visiting his girlfriend in Orange, New Jersey Kadafi was shot in the head and was found by the police in a third floor hallway of an apartment building at 325 Mechanic St. He died later on the afternoon.

On December 21st 1999, Tha Outlawz debut LP Still I Rise was released which consisted of material recorded with 2Pac and one solo song. Noble replaced Fatal's vocals on the songs because Fatal wasn't signed to any label who released the album. Noble is now a producer father, owner of Outlaw Recordz and is working on a solo LP entitled "Noble Justice" and his mam has come of crack as well which is the most important. He is also one of the remaining 4 Outlawz as well and just dropped Novakane by Tha Outlawz.
